Ernst Surberg on Mosaicos

"Carlos Sandoval gave us a musical-theatrical answer to the questions on the interconnection between composers and performers. He linked in his psycho-medical analysis digital technology with alchemical-artistic diagnosis. He brushed off, as composer and self-staged magician, the boundaries between privacy and professionalism. He called upon, in his vivisections, issues related with the socially and culturally accepted relationship between composer, musician and instrument"  Martina Seeber on Mosaicos

"...this work is a planet's landscape, a hyper-garden that short-circuits the space, an ecology of resources that establish new interdependencies. This hyper-landscape is the echo of the hyper-town in which we settle: a tangle of territories and resources. The hyper-town is not the accumulation and the progressive extension of a tissue: it is an interconnecting matrix between the economical, social and cultural powers, localized or non-localized." Philippe Zulaica on Sotavento

"...Carlos Sandoval and four fantastic musicians-performers realized a wonderful inspiring multimedia work - a play in every sense, including movement, video, taped music, electronics and children toys. They brought everything together in a beautiful combination..."  Peter Hammel on Mextoys

"...there’s a definite frolicking humor here... Steve Koenig on Homenaje
